Second time doing iui what should i expect. why my doctor increase the dosage of bravelle (urofollitropin)?. are these injections effective?

Bravelle (urofollitropin): No need to increase dose if you ovulated with 1-2 follicles. Increasing the dose will only increase chances of multiple pregnancy (not good!). These injections are very effective with pregnancy rates around 15-18% per cycle with iui. You should expect the same as the first time.
