Minimal elevation: Sgpt is minimally elevated. Do you drink or are you on any medication? If you drink, abstain for three months and repeat the test. Discuss any medication you take, with your doctor. Please note that all lab results need to be evaluated in the clinical context and your doctor is in the best position to do that.
