Liver is in trouble: Hi these common lab tests measure the current state of your liver functions. These results show significant elevation and possible liver damage. They are nearly five times ideal. This means that something toxic is affecting your liver. Common things would be medications, alcohol, or infection. Sometimes obesity can also do this if the liver has fat deposits in it. Please get this identified.

Workup: If two weeks off med and alcohol doesn't drop them to normal, you should be screened for hepatitis b and c, hemochromatosis, wilson's, antitrypsin deficiency, and autoimmune hepatitis. All are treatable and are likely to kill you if missed. If none are present, a new lifestyle focused on aerobic fitness may be just the thing to make you feel fantastic and get those liver enzymes in the good range.
