COPD Vascular Diseas: Patient with advanced copd, if due to nicotine abuse, usually the case, will have micro vascular disease, all over. It is a systemic disease. Hence forth heart attack, stroke, legs pain, angina etc. Etc. COPD patient is high risk, for micro-angiopathy.
