COPD...: COPD is a disease characterized by the presence of chronic, irreversible airway obstruction as measured by pulmonary function testing. The disease is incurable but there are treatments available so see your doctor for diagnosis and treatment. The most important treatment is smoking cessation since smoking is the main etiology of this disease.
