Go see a doctor: Chest pain can be caused by a number of musculoskeletal causes from the chest muscles, chest nerves and spinal problems. I hope you do not have a pinched nerve. Rarely we see this type of chest pain from shingles but it is usually associated with a skin rash/ or blisters.I would advise an examination/check up by your family doctor. He may have to do some further teating if the pain is severe
