Muscle: This sounds like muscle strain. It depends on what type of work you were doing. Were you lifiting? Do you exercise and thus are you in shape? That could help prevent this. You can try either heat or ice to the sore areas, try some tylenol (acetaminophen) and if this does not help call your physicians to help clarify your pains.
