This offers clues as: to source of the pain & it is likely close to surface (unlikely heart of lungs), though could also be spinal cord/nerve (quite deep) related. Given description, pain sounds radicular; possibly a useful clue. Need to both research anatomy & find help worthy of your trust to better sort out what is happening along with possible bases & treatment strategies. We all self-diagnose; accuracy crucial.
