See ENT: The nerves that go to the throat also send branches to the ear. Therefore things in the throat can manifest also with ear symptoms. It may as simple as a small ulcer on the throat or vocal cord but throat cancers can have ear pain as the only symptom. You need to have this checked within the next two weeks.
