Rheumatoid arthritis: usually affects small joints first, such as fingers, toes, wrist, foot and ankle. Lower rib and back pain could be kidney, gyn, or gi problem. Knee and hip swelling could be DVT. You should consult with your doctor for accurate diagnosis and proper treatment.
