Heat-related illness: In warm/hot climates, if temp + humidity get high enough, body can't cool off via sweating & body temp rises leading to heat cramps or even heat stroke. Problem made worse of u take psych meds or meds for leg cramps. Keep hydrated. Get out of heat. Cool showers. If temp over 103º call ambulance. Monitor daily heat index for days to stay in a/c.
