Hot Skin: Some people have a high metabolic rate and their skin always feels hot. Some glandular conditions, such as hyperthyroidism, can do the same. If you are indeed, "healthy, " there is probably no cause for alarm, but you might schedule an appointment with your doctor who can run some simple screening tests.

Normal: Warm skin may be from an active lifestyle. You mentioned that you are not having fevers and that you are healthy. Medical conditions such as hyperthyroidism could cause your body to feel warm and maybe sweat a lot. Monitor your caffeine consumption and avoid stimulants.
