See below: Otc antihistamines like zyrtec, allegra, Benadryl (diphenhydramine) may help (differing degrees of sedation) as may nasal saline spray. Nasal steroid sprays also very helpful. Caution with antihistamines if u have high blood pressure; consult doc before taking.

Stuffed Nose: Afrin may be one of the fastest ways. But if you are looking for safe and inexpensive - consider saline. Neti pots can reduce nasal congestion. Mix ¼ tsp salt w 1 cup distilled lukewarm water. More salt can also be used. Place solution in neti pot. Tilt head & pour solution into 1 nostril. Blow nose lightly & spit out any liquid that drains into throat. Repeat on other side. This can be done in
