No: No it is probably you have a bit too bacterial infection now and it can be contagious. Once your infection is treated you should be able to donate blood.

What?: Unless the pimples are over your veins, or you are maintained on antibiotics due to their severity, that is not a disqualifier--they are not exactly contagious by blood transfusion. Contact red cross donor services (800-red-cross) and ask regarding your specific situation.
