Herpes? Yeast?: "Pimples" in the genital area often is herpes; or maybe a yeast infection? Many monogamous people get herpes, either because of recurrence of a longstanding infection that previously was asymptomatic; or because of new transmission even though both partners are faithful. See a doctor ASAP; diagnosis is most accurate before lesions start to heal. Good luck!
