The "pimple": was obviously "vascular" (contained blood vessels) If the bleeding continues your Doctor may need to cauterize it (stop the bleeding) The fucidin cream will help prevent an infection but will not by itself stop the bleeding...if normal clotting doesn't do it get back to that Doctor!
