Sebaceous cyst: This sounds like a sebaceous cyst which is a dilated and overactive pore that secretes and collects sebum, the greasy material that lubricates our skin and hair. A surgeon can usually extirpate it never to return.

Tympanic Rupture: I assume you're speaking of the middle ear. You can develop a chronic "hole" in the eardrum from previous ear infection or rupture. This is open route to the inner ear opening up the potential for middle and inner ear infection. Sometimes a patch as needed. See ENT specialist.
