None: There are no natural remedies or herbal supplements for treatment of pcos. It is a constellation of symptoms that have to do with Insulin resistance and abnormal hormone levels. Weight loss is thought to help in some cases but this is very difficult to do. Treatment is targeted at normalizing hormone levels and decreasing Insulin resistance.

Weight loss: Most women with pcos are overweight. Most of them will resume normal cycles if they lose weight, most will resume cycling after about 30 pounds of weight loss.

Lost weight!: The only way without medication is significant weight loss. A few women with pcos get normal menses and can be come pregnant anyway, so there's always a chance -- but therapy such as metformin has a much higher chance of normal periods (in approx. 60% of cases) and a safe successful pregnancy, if desired. Let your doctor help you - at your age, time is getting short.
