Many: Check your sugars, eat well and avoid sweets and treats. Exercise regularly. Check your feet every day for cuts and problems, have an md checkup for your eyes yearly. If your sugars go over 150 regularly and you don't know why, see your doctor . Be faithful with your meds. Good look for a long and healthy life !
