Stress: You may be stressed or anxious. If the cause is identifiable you may be able to manage it and feel better. If not go and talk to your doctor who may be able to help with counselling or medication.

See your MD: See your md. You may need to be evaluated with some sleep studies. If your sleep is interrupted by grinding or shortness of breath a dentist might prescribe a snore guard that would relieve both. But see an md first.
