Middle/external ear: Bleeding from the ear usually comes from the external ear canal (i.e. Scratch) or from the middle ear (infection and rupture of the ear drum). Either way, see your family doctor, internist, or ENT doctor to confirm the diagnosis.

More info needed: Did you clean it? That's, by far, the most common cause of bleeding. Did you get hit by someone or something? If so, you may have ruptured your ear drum. One way or the other, you'd better get seen.
