NEED CHECKED ASAP: It may be due to drugs he is on like blood thinner Warfarin or other drugs We do not have enough information like what heart condition he has and what medicine he is on.and if he as high blood pressure Just heart disease by itself will not cause Nose and ear bleedind needs to be checked asap.Take him to to the ER
