See a doctor: you need to take him to your PCP or to a ENT you know that definitly is not normal it could be a perforated drum so do not mess with it and take him to a doctor preferably ENT

My husband and 4 year tested positive November 15th +/-. My 3 month old was negative however he was pretty sick and his pediatrician felt like he really had it.
