Yes: I hope i understand the question right, but there is a phenomenon in severe constipation, especially in children, where one is so constipated there is a ball of stool in the rectum. This causes a circumstance where looser stool from behind can slide out causing diarrhea and " accidents". Obviously there can also be cramps and discomfort.
