No guessing..: Guessing what this might be is a disservice to you. It is not a normal part of your anatomy, and may be absolutely benign, or more serious, especially if you are a smoker or used chewing tobacco, which we do not know. Call an oral surgeon for an appointment asap.

1 yr lump: Whatever it is....A year is way too long for it not to have been evaluated. See an oral surgeon asap! it could be something not good so dont fool around with this.
