I have super tiny skin colored bumps around the inside of my vagina. they are painless and not itchy. are these fordyce spots?

Sounds like it: Fordyce spots are ectopic sebaceous glands (oil glands) and can appear exactly as you describe. Probably best to just ask your obgyn if you are concerned.

Possibly: Fordyce spots are enlarged oil glands & a completely normal part of anatomy. They are bumps found on edge of lips, inside cheek (whitish/yellow), or on labia or penis/ scrotum (red color) that are usually 1 to 3 mm in diameter. They don’t require treatment.
