Warts? See doctor: The only STD that might cause this sort of thing is genital warts or other kinds of skin changes caused by human papillomavirus (HPV). But if they look like Fordyce spots (you can find photos on line), I suppose that's possible. The only way to know for sure is to see a doctor or clinic for professional evaluation.
