Gluteal pain: May not be due to injection. May be sciatica from back problems like muscle spasm, piriformis syndrome, spinal problem, disc problem. See fp or neurologist for thorough exam, tests, options for treatment. Advice: carry wallet in front pocket; using back pocket puts pressure on sciatic nerve & shifts pelvis, causing muscle spasm.
