Nothing.: After IUI you do not really have to anything; although, some clinicians like to put their patients on some form of Progesterone supplements. As far as timing iui, if you received a HCG trigger shot, than IUI should be done around 42+ hours later. If you timed IUI with odk than IUI should be done shortly after the odk turns positive. Odk are less accurate for timing than HCG trigger shots.
