Possibly: Frequently this is a circulation problem. Your hands and feet are the extremeties located the greatest distance from the heart. As we age we can suffer reduced circulation. See your family md and / or a vascular specialist for an evaluation. You should get this checked and treated. You should enjoy a better life of warmth.
