Sounds like a tailor: bunion. It is caused by improper footwear. It is at the base of the little toe. Usually we see this in people with a"splay foot". This means when your foot hits the ground the forefoot widens. Have 2 look for this barefooted. If dress shoes & heelx make it more sore that is most likely the problem.
