Needs more eval.: Without knowing the specific numbers, yes reduced liver function can be a serious condition. You should visit your doctor to continue your evaluation. In the most extreme cases (though rare), this can be associated with life-threatening bleeding.

Need more info: All laboratory results need to be interpreted in the clinical context and the doctor who ordered the tests is usually in the best position to do that. Talk to the doctor who ordered the tests. Having said that, it would have helped if you had provided the results. Reduced liver function is not a medical term.
