After my 2nd blood test came back that my liver enzymes came back elevated now my doctor wants a ultra sound done do i have to be worried?

Not enough info: You give no specifics as to why the tests were ordered, your medical conditions or your meds. You should direct your question to the doctor who ordered the tests.

Opportunity: Elevated liver enzymes (i.e., sgot/ast and sgpt/alt) warn of treatable, serious disease. Most often it's alcohol or allergy to a medication. You'll get checked for hepatitis b & c, hemochromatosis, wilson's, and autoimmune hepatitis, maybe others. If ultrasound shows fat, you'll get a rx that will probably include some serious physical-fitness stuff. Embrace it. No alcohol for now. Best wishes.
