Interactions Meds: Hi, I tried to check interactions for you however in US Cipralex is Lexapro or generic escitralopram. An antidepressant medication. Perhaps the spelling of Ionix supreme is different. Since most of our drug interaction data bases are for meds in the US I suggest you consult a local pharmacist in Canada.
