Natural replacement for lisinopril?

No : There is no natural replacement for Lisinopril per se, but you might be able to lower your blood pressure naturally by avoiding salt in your diet and, if overweight, losing at least 10% of the excess weight. Home BP monitoring has also been shown to be helpful. If you're taking Lisinopril for a different indication (it's also used for heart failure & kidney disease) there's no natural alternative.
