I was taken off topral after a rash outbreak on my face, to replace it i was placed on lisinopril, i am doing it again. what do they share?

Rash: These are very different drugs that don't share any common ingredients. It is unlikely that the reaction of the rash on your face is related to both drugs, consider another cause.
