Medication: It's never great to miss a dose of your medication. If you do miss a dose it would be important to take it as soon as possible. If you develop any symptoms such as chest pain difficulty breathing or headache seek medical attention as soon as possible.

Yes: In general you shouldnt miss your medications. However, nothing bad is going to happen to you if you miss a couple days of one blood pressure medication. Your pressure may be a little higher for the next 3 days, but it wont hurt you. 3 month supplies of medications are helpful, if you don't already get your meds that way.

L reduces blood pressure by treating endothelial dysfunction, as seen in the slide. The enlarging of the diameter of the artery, seen in the top, is how high BP is reduced. This takes about two weeks to occur, so your blood pressure should be change dramatically by missing 2 doses of l.
