My 1 1/2 year old son has 4 pos strep test in a month n half and 1 neg while on his 4th round of antibiotics and just tested + again can he b carrier?

Yes: If he was not symptomatic during some of these repeat positive screenings he may be a simple carrier. Sometimes the carrier state can be eliminated by doing sequential antibiotics, I use amoxicllin followed by Rifampin used in an over lapping manor. There may be a carrier source in the kids household that is passing it back to him.
