Depends: You should not be pregnant. The HCG level should be at a non-pregnant level. The question is "what is the reference range for the lab value you have". The lab report should indicate if they consider that level normal for the non-pregnant state. If it is not consistent with a non-pregnant level - you may have a problem and need to see your doctor.
