Depends: Coconut oil is high in medium chain fats that are preferentially burned for energy instead of being stored as fat. You should be ok on 2 tbspns, but keep an eye on your weight and adjust accordingly.

Should B OK: In general, i don't think 2 tbls of coconut oil will make you gain weight. Coconut oil is a good fat that tends to be burned for energy more than stored as fat. As every person metabolizes differently, monitor your weight & make adjustments to your diet accordingly. Staying active and eating a balanced diet, is your best defense against weight gain.
