Hard to tell: Without an exam impossible to predict, but sinusitis as a result of a viral infection is not unlikely. Use a neti-pot nasal rinse, a decongestant (pseudoephedrine) and a cough medication containing dextromethorphan. There are otc products combining several products. If not better see a doctor.
