You should start eating easily digested food like rice, yoghurt, chicken broth, lentil soup, baked apples. If any nausea or vomiting, take antiemetic 20 minutes before. Hope it helps.

As soon as you feel hungry, you should start taking bites and sips. Not all stomach bug like symptoms are actually caused by bugs as a variety of conditions may mimic them. If symptoms persist you should see your doc or an urgent care center to start diagnostic workup.

You may eat when you feel like it. But make sure to drink enough water so your urine is mostly colorless. You may take juice, soda or electrolyte drinks. Wish you good health!
