Should get eval GI: If having weight loss and symptoms as stated, would recommend abdominal series x-rays and blood work with follow up with gastroenterologis as soon as possible. Contact your primary care physician to get started.

Gastritis?: You need to be seen by a doctor ASAP. Would recommend starting with a GI doctor as this may require endoscopy. Make a list of all your symptoms in sequence and severity and take it with you to the doctor. Good luck and wish you better soon.
