What side effects can i expect when discontinuing cymbalta (duloxetine)? took 60mg for 3 months. taper - 30mg for 2 weeks. today 1st day without it.

Probably none: You probably won't experience side effects from discontinuing cymbalt the way you did. However, if you we're taking it to treat major depression, there is a chance that you may begin to experience some of the original symptoms again if you have stopped the drug to early. So, if you begin to experience sleep or appetite changes, or decreased pleasure in activity talk to your doctor.

If you do have withdrawal symptoms, you could further taper by using Cymbalta 30mg every other day. Sometimes, getting off of these medications can be a real bear...
