Could be either: Depend on if they are enlarged as normal sized nodes are all over. I doubt they would have mentioned it though. If it is you and you're 29, then it may be mesenteric adenitis which is infectious. In this case, they tend to be only mildly enlarged. If this is case, you should get followup. If larger, then lymphoma should be excluded. Other rare infections like TB are possible but unlikely.
