Protein: Rich foods include meat, fish, eggs and most dairy. Protein content per serving will not be the limiting factor, as you would get to an excessive number of total calories before you get "too much" protein.

Protein foods: Egg white is superior to all. Quinoa is excellent. Beans and lentils are excellent. Milk protein is excellent. Whole grains are good but not sufficient. Nuts are excellent. Yogurt is excellent. Of course all meat products are rich in protein. Grams in one meal should not exceed 40-50 grams. Minimize fat intake. Make sure you eat solid fruit and vegetables.
