A member asked:

I have endometric cysts measuring 5cm and6 cm. how hard would it be for me to get pregnant.?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Decreased chances: The relationship between endometriosis and infertility is correlational, not cause-and-effect. This means, it is hard to predict your chances of spontaneous conception, but the surest way to expedite conception would be surgical removal of these cysts. A more conservative approach would be to try for 6 months first, as long as you're not having too much pain.
