I have suggestive paratubal cyst measuring of 1.82x1.54 cm is it serious or not, can i still have a chance to get pregnant even if i have this?

Probably not but...: That's actually a very small cyst. If it's truly a paratubal cyst then nothing to worry about. I would suggest that you have a hysterosalpingogram (HSG or tube test) done. Sometimes a damaged tube can look like a paratubal cyst. Damaged fallopian tubes would require consultation with an infertility specialist to go over your options.
