No; depends. : Endometrioma (endometriosis manifested by cyst in ovary) is not associated with pcos. They are two different entities. You can have one or the other, or both, or neither. As for trying to conceive with one ovary, while probably not urgent at age 26yo, it would seem prudent to consider trying to conceive as soon as one is ready.
