Not normal: Ankle and feet swelling 15 months later cannot be attributed to normal physiology changes after cesarean. There are many potential causes for this, and seeing your primary doctor or a vascular surgeon might be a good idea.

Swelling: If you have swelling in your feet and ankles for this period of time and it is causing you severe pain you should be evaluated by your primary care doctor or see a vascular doctor or podiatrist at this time.
